As a General Contractor, we will join your project team as the design process nears completion. Our team performs General Contract assignments on both a negotiated contract as well as a bid basis.

Design/Build
Under a Design/Build Rainey Construction can provide owners with an effective approach to interface with Architects, Engineers and Construction Team members from schematic design through design development to final construction.

Construction Management
As Construction Managers, Rainey Construction is equipped for providing service on an "at-risk" basis where we become responsible for guaranteeing performance or as an owner's agent whereby the client holds all individual contracts. Either way we’re prepared to team up under a negotiated contract or the typical bid process and utilize past experience to provide a prompt schedule and quality construction.
