As a General Contractor, Rainey General Contractors will join your project team as the design process nears completion. Our team performs GC assignments on both a negotiated contract and bid basis.
Construction Management
As Construction Managers, Rainey General Contractors is equipped for providing service on an “at-risk” basis where we become responsible for guaranteeing performance or as an owner’s agent whereby the client holds all individual contracts. Either way we’re prepared to team up under a negotiated contract or the typical bid process and utilize past experience to provide a prompt schedule and quality construction.
